When my refrigerator stopped making ice, Samsung told me it would be a week before they could send a technician. I was referred to AJ’s Appliance, and they were able to come out the same day and service my refrigerator. The technician was friendly and professional, and the repair even came with a warranty. Excellent customer service and quick turnaround. I highly recommend!! ### Brie a month ago · 1.0/5 Paid them to repair a refrigerator. It went out again within a week. Contacted them, they came out again, “fixed it” and two weeks later, it was out again. I was given a receipt with a warranty on it and they would not honor it nor would they refund my money. Still using AJ’s Appliance Repair after many many years. He’s repaired Wolf appliances and Subzero Refrigerators also. I can not say enough about Marco... I called him after another appliance repair man had been trying to repair my washer for a week - just replacing part after part. Marco answered my call looked at my washer ordered a part and DONE - it was fixed!! I had another appliance man who literally spent a week coming back day after day putting in new parts. Marco is the BEST ever - I highly recommend him - obviously a lot of our appliances now are more computerized and appliance service people need to be up-to-date on these issues and Marco is just that - he is up-to-date on a great diagnostician. Additionally he is very Personable, friendly, trustworthy, reliable.
