They came and completed the job in 1 day and then came back the next day to backfill the holes and clean up after the city came for an inspection. The work was quick and good, and also they called several times to make sure everything was okay and if we had any questions. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. A foundation inspection with Allied Foundation was scheduled for 4:00 PM on our behalf as the prospective buyers, with our buyer’s agent expected to be present. However, inspector Jacob Dean Frick went to the property around 2:00 PM, before our agent arrived. Allied has since stated in its public response to this review that a “full inspection” was performed earlier that afternoon with the seller’s permission. After the inspection, Jacob spoke with us by phone and told us about what he described to us as a foundation problem and the need for a foundation report. Despite our requests, we were not provided with the report, measurements, photographs, written findings, or repair estimate. What concerns us most is that the inspection scheduled for 4:00 PM on our behalf as prospective buyers had apparently already been completed approximately two hours earlier, before our agent was present. We did not request or authorize an earlier inspection with the seller in our absence. We repeatedly attempted to obtain the inspection documentation and communicate with Jacob. Based on our calls and messages, we did not receive the requested documentation or the follow-up we were seeking. Our attempts to contact Allied Foundation management also did not resolve our concerns. Learning that Allied says the full inspection had been conducted earlier with the seller’s permission, before our agent was present, while we were later unable to obtain the inspection documentation we requested, was extremely concerning to us. In our experience, the communication and transparency surrounding this inspection were unacceptable. I would not use Allied Foundation again. This review reflects our firsthand experience and the communications we received. In my opinion, prospective home buyers should make sure they clearly understand in advance who the company considers its client, who will receive the inspection findings and documentation, and whether the inspection will take place at the scheduled time. ### Louis Smith a week ago · 5.0/5 On time, professional, began work immediately and kept my yard clean until completion.
