I have a home in the Houston area that I purchased through foreclosure, and it had significant foundation and leveling issues. The house required quite a few piers, but they were definitely necessary. The difference is incredible. The house feels much better now, and I can finally move forward with the other repairs, including the roof and other areas, since this will be my home. I honestly didn’t think a house in this condition could be leveled properly, but Eduardo and his team made it happen. He answered all of my questions. As a first time home buyer I wanted to make sure my home had a stable foundation. He was respectful and gave me an accurate overview of how our foundation looked from a technical standpoint. Our foundation was perfectly fine and within specifications so we did not have any work quoted but I would recommend them based on this interaction. If I have any issues in the future or notice any problems I will definitely be reaching out to them again. He gave me a diagram of his measurements so at any point in the future we can monitor and reference our foundation specifications. I really appreciate them coming out and giving me some peace of mind on our new home purchase. Amer Foundation Repair came out and Eduardo took the time to walk around the property, take measurements, and explain what was happening in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to make the problem sound worse than it was or pressure us into doing unnecessary work. He showed us the areas that needed attention, explained the repair process, and answered all of our questions before we made a decision. Once we scheduled the work, his crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything organized. They finished the repairs faster than we expected and cleaned up the area before leaving. Eduardo also checked everything again once the work was completed. Very professional experience overall.
