I’m a builder and it took more than 2 weeks of back and forth to get a correct quote. Every quote I received was wrong and had incorrect information. Not only that, but after first getting a quote with a good price, the quote kept getting increased over and over again, the price would keep going up. I was able to in the end negotiate a good price in the end but after Caleb, who started out as nice at the beginning, assured he would be able to help with lead time came back and forcefully let me know that I was out of luck and that it would take weeks to get the windows. That was all after I had to work hard over an entire extra unnecessary week of asking for calls back and for quotes to be corrected. He was acting like a tough guy in front of his staff to tell me no even when I explained to him I was on a tight timeline and it was his company that failed to get back to me with correct information and wasted my time. Caleb is a young man who does not know how to manage client relationships or his staff. Not only that, after I finally got the correct quote after having to go to the office and have it corrected after numerous mistakes, they added extra terms to their invoice as well as processing and credit card charges, all after negotiating the deal. If you don’t want my business, I don’t need to beg, I can take my good money elsewhere. I ended up going with another window manufacturer that got back to me in a normal amount of time and all at a lower price than these people. Avoid - these people have no clue what they are doing Edit: literally after this review was posted, they emailed me after a week asking for payment for an order that I already cancelled. Then the lady insisted that she had been calling me. When I asked her what number she called, she listed a 979 number I’ve never heard of. After I asked her why she couldn’t get anything correct, the lady in scouting told the owner that I had cussed at her and told her the F word. Babu George the manager called me and tried to intimidate me and was still asking if I wanted the windows lol. I let him know that I would never under any circumstances do sny business with them. This company is incredibly disorganized, they have no clue what they are doing, the staff and Caleb are acting aimlessly. I ordered windows for a home renovation project and was very pleased with the overall service. Customer service was excellent, the turnaround time was fast, and the windows were great quality. Everything went smoothly.
