Marsel and ARB Construction were first recommended to me by my architect. From our first meeting, I felt reassured that Marsel and his company were the right fit for us and our project. Our project was a challenging and complicated rebuild and remodel of a 73-year-old ranch-style house, which included adding a 600-square-foot master suite. We had no idea what we were getting into, but with Marsel’s help and expertise, we now have the home I have long dreamed of. The design for our dream home required a high level of craftsmanship that Marsel and ARB were able to fulfill. The custom cabinetry and finishes in our home are of the highest quality and look as good or better than anything you will see in a much more expensive custom home. Marsel was always available and responsive any time I had a question or concern. When we ran into an issue where the design didn’t fit reality, he helped us figure out the best solution and followed up with the engineer to make sure the changes were acceptable. Marsel is trustworthy and easy to work with, and his priority was always to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Marsel, Kas, and his team adjusted the original floorpan and built an entirely new room. It has an immaculate zero entry shower, beautifully detailed tiled walls, terrazzo floor, custom crafted white oak cabinets, and expertly installed plumbing, lighting, and bath fixtures. ARB professionals are exceptional in every way and made our remodeling project a complete pleasure!
