I highly recommend the BeTong team for foundation repair. They did an outstanding job on our two-story home in the Sugar Land, Texas area. From beginning to end, the entire team was professional, honest, respectful, hardworking, and extremely courteous. They went above and beyond to take care of our home and the foundation work that was needed. They kept the jobsite clean and organized and treated our property with the same care and respect they would give their own home. A special thank you to Site Manager Ken Mai and his team. Ken was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and made sure the work was handled properly. His crew worked hard, communicated well, and consistently demonstrated excellent workmanship and respect. Foundation problems can be stressful for a homeowner, but having a team you can trust and rely on makes a huge difference. BeTong delivered on their commitment, and I am very pleased with the work and the way their team conducted themselves throughout the project. I decided to call Bêtong Foundation before making my final decision, and I’m really glad I did. They were very patient and took the time to explain everything in detail, even though I had a lot of questions. I felt really relieved because they never pressured me to buy anything. They simply gave me their honest opinion and explained my options, and of course, I ended up going with them. We finally foundd Betong Foundation Repair on Facebook and decided to reach out. From the beginning, they made us feel much more confortable about the whole process. They explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never pressured us into making a decision. They gave us several options and let us choose what worked best for us. Ken came out to inspect our home on 08/17. We decided to move forward on 08/21, the project was completed by 08/27. Everything moved much faster and smoother than we expected, and communication was great throughout the entire process. We’re very happy we finally decided to get it done. You can really see the difference in the before and after photos.
