Constantly leaving loose grass everywhere and told me I need to pay a separate fee to blow out the grass they just cut or for them to bag it up and leave it on my property. It turned out to be a disappointment as they did not show the originally scheduled day and not notify all day until after business hours. Then, at almost 5pm today, they still had not came for the day they rescheduled. When I spoke with someone earlier she claims they were "en-route" to the property and that was around 1:30pm. I just would have preferred if they are too booked or not able to get to the lawn to just notify as soon as possible. To give courtesy to a customer doesn't cost anyone. We are all busy but when I can't fulfill a obligation, I do my best to let someone know before the day is over. Cancelling fresh lawn was easier than getting the actual service carried out. To clarify the call I made to confirm the rescheduled day was around 1:35. When I choose to cancel services, I was told "sounds good" and that was after 4:30pm. Again ... If we are clarifying let's make sure we are accurate in responding. What sense would it make to get service confirmed after I chose to cancel. I didn't need a time frame, I needed to know a service was going to be completed as I originally requested Monday when I signed up, It's two days later before I chose to cancel. Instead of trying to call and correct the issue, the company chose to respond by implying I cancelled before getting confirmation. That's not good business at all. ### Matthew Hermes a month ago · 2.0/5 Celeste is a wonderful representative. My lawn wasn't quite up to my expectations the first go around but turns out the crew had to stop do to inclement weather. Celeste made sure they came back the following day to finish the job. I was not charged until I was satisfied. While I understand the weather is an issue when It comes to lawn care and it plays a huge role in what can get done. Most companies these days just say we will fix it next week and they don't come back to fix it. Celeste took great care of me. Update on review: While the staff in the office is very helpful and amazing to work with, unfortunately I can't say the same about the crews in the field. I have had my lawn mowed 3 times now and every time they screw it up. They always leave something unfinished.
