The technician was unable to install it correctly, even letting us know he had "never done this before." The job was not done correctly and the lock was not functional. The company refused to reimburse us and insisted on sending the same technician back, who was incapable. What a waste of time and money. DO NOT USE - call anyone else! ### E O 3 weeks ago · 1.0/5 I'm not sure about these other reviews, but I would not trust these people to give you the appropriate help when you need it. My wife locked her keys in her car in the hot weather. Someone form Get Locksmith told us that they would arrive in 10-15 minutes. We cancelled two other services based on what they told us. 15 minutes later, we had to call them only for them to tell us that it was going to be 10 minutes still. Fine, things happen. Another 15 minutes go by, and they still havent arrived. Its blazing hot outside and we could have had another locksmith out there 30 minutes ago. I cant believe how they lied. Would not recommend these people to anyone. ### Zoe Taylor 9 months ago · 5.0/5 So impressed with our locksmith tonight, David. He called back within a minute of my calling the main number, gave us a predicted arrival time, and he showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. He was very professional and kind and had the door open within 2 minutes. When I compare that to the other locksmith we called, it's a night-and-day difference - they said a locksmith would call me, and I'm still waiting for that call, 90 minutes later, so thank goodness I called Get Locksmith, too. I can't recommend them highly enough. He charged 200 instead of 250 for length of time due to issues programming key. Key cannot unlock doors so switched the mother board out of old key into new key. So I feel I dont really have a 200$ key. Contacted houston locksmith and they did it for 160 as I needed more than one complete key.
