HAWX Smart Pest Control has TERRIBLE service and even WORSE communication. The treatments ARE INEFFECTIVE, yet they continue to charge you — sometimes MULTIPLE CHARGES IN THE SAME DAY — with NO explanation for why you are being charged over and over. And when you finally realize what is going on and try to CANCEL, they make the process extremely difficult and frustrating. I am beyond disappointed with this company. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from HAWX Smart Pest Control. Find a reputable LOCAL pest control company that actually values its customers and provides honest, reliable service. I cannot stress this enough — READ THE REVIEWS AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GIVING THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!! He explained each step of the process, asked thoughtful questions about the issues I was experiencing, and was very informative throughout the visit. He even reminded me of a problem I had forgotten to mention and, while inspecting the property, discovered an ant colony on the side of my house that he was able to treat immediately.
