Hayden & Sons Plumbers was recommended by our neighbor, who had used them before. We met with Bentley, and he was professional, honest, and clear from the start. The whole project stayed on schedule, and the workmanship was high quality. We wanted the job done right, especially after dealing with poor builder-grade work in our home. Bentley and his crew handled a full bathroom remodel and also replaced our old rusting water heater and installed a water softener system, which is a big help in Houston where hard water can be tough on plumbing fixtures and pipes. They completed the shower, floor, full wall tile, countertops, new plumbing fixtures, toilet, ceiling fan, mirror, light, and towel bar installation. The tile team and everyone on site were respectful, careful, and easy to work with. They even offered to take care of the painting, but I decided to do that part myself. We are very pleased with the service, the fair pricing, and the finished results. The bathroom looks beautiful, and everything works great.
