I can't say enough positive things about their customer service! The notification of when the windows would arrive,scheduling and mindfulness of keeping our home clean before,during and after the windows were installed. Great company and friendly people. Everything came out clean, the windows look great, and you can tell they care about the details. Very meticulous about every detail and extremely responsive. The service level is top notch from Alex to Jennifer to everyone else I call during business hours and after hours. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for new windows or a sliding door and significantly lower price than some people who were pitching $40m and 50k. Unlike other window replacement companies, the sales process was great - no pressure and no berating other companies. The windows arrived quickly, and the all 21 windows were done in 2 days. The work crew cleaned up along the way so no large messes anywhere. They were courteous and attentive to all the details.
