I called Jericho Foundation Repair and a very pleasant, professional man (sorry I don't recall his name) came out at the scheduled time this morning. He worked quickly and efficiently in assessing each of the first floor apartments as well as the exterior of the building. I had accepted the possibility that the building would need some foundation repairs because the sewer line underneath had been replaced three years earlier and I knew that could cause some foundation issues. Also there had been some settling in an upstairs apartment which caused some concern. He had an opportunity to tell me anything and I would have believed him. However he assured me that the foundation did not have any issues that would require repairs of any kind. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity and will recommend Jericho at every opportunity. ### Charles Budnik 4 months ago · 5.0/5 We discovered some cracks in the walls and floor tiles and a door that would not stay closed, all on one side of our home. We were very concerned about serious foundation issues. I contacted 5 well known companies (two with very famous spokespersons on TV) to come out and provide their solutions and estimates. The estimates ranged from around $8,000 to over $40,000! I learned a lot and discovered that all companies essentially use very similar technology to stabilize and raise a foundation. They all offer Lifetime Warranties. My thoughts (possibly flawed) were that I didn't care if they used Tinker Toys and Legos as long as they would come back and fix it if anything didn't work or last there was no need to go with a needlessly expensive option. We chose Jericho, based not only upon their very fair price, but I really liked the way that they went about earning my business. Jericho is a family run business that has been around for many, many years. Dallas came out, used his machine to survey the foundation (same machine that they all use, and get different results oddly enough), explained where we had problems and what it would take to fix. No pressure (unlike Groundworks that dazzled us with a fancy brochure and video and offered a today only discount for signing an inflated contract - because our situation was dire!). They do not use subcontractors to do the work. Everyone that showed up to do the work was employed by Jericho. They were easy to talk with, performed the work as contracted, showed up on time, completed the work on time, and put things back together - to an almost pre-work state. A day or two after they left I discovered an Irrigation issue and called the office. They sent out two guys the next morning and they found and repaired the line - which there were not contracted or obligated to do. As I told the very nice your lady in the office - "I wish you guys offered other types of services, such as auto repair, HVAC, Attorneys etc". They are very easy to work with. I highly recommend Jericho to anyone who even thinks they might have a foundation issue. They will do it right and you will be very happy. ### Sharky khan 7 months ago · 5.0/5 Jericho Foundation Repair did a great job on my foundation. The team was professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. As the owner of a contracting company, I know good work when I see it—and this was not “you get what you paid for” work. It was done right. I recommend them to all my clients. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and finished the job on time. The quality of the work was excellent. My home feels solid again, and I have real peace of mind.
