I paid Majesty Construction a total of $33,953.24, with the payments shown as paid (see attached) yet the project remains incomplete and several issues still have not been resolved. Among the outstanding items: • Kitchen drawers/cabinetry remain unfinished. Measurements were taken, but the work was never completed. • The cabinetry/crown molding around and above the range hood/vent remains unfinished. • The garbage disposal work remains incomplete. • The dishwasher has been a significant problem. It appeared used, began falling apart, and later leaked after very limited use. I was told the dishwasher would be addressed under warranty, but the issue remains unresolved. As a result, I have been unable to properly use the dishwasher and have had to wash dishes manually. • The front garden/landscaping border stones remain unfinished and displaced. This area was supposed to be completed as part of the project but was left in an unfinished condition. • Construction equipment and/or materials were left in my breakfast nook, preventing me from fully using that area of my home. • Trash, bags, boxes, construction materials, and debris were left behind the house rather than being properly removed. Mind you, they included trash removal in their bill... These are not minor concerns being raised immediately after the project. I have repeatedly given Majesty Construction opportunities to return, finish the outstanding work, correct the deficiencies, and remove the materials left at my property. Communication and accountability have been equally frustrating. I have made repeated phone calls and sent written messages seeking resolution, yet obtaining timely and substantive responses has been extremely difficult. I should not have to continually chase a contractor to complete work for which I have already paid. I have maintained documentation of the project, including photographs, communications, and payment records showing $33,953.24 paid. When a homeowner pays nearly $34,000, it is reasonable to expect the contracted work to be completed properly, deficiencies to be corrected, construction debris and materials to be removed, and the contractor to communicate when problems arise. I did not want to leave a negative review. I wanted Majesty Construction to finish the job and address the outstanding issues. I gave them opportunities to do so before sharing my experience publicly. Unfortunately, the problems remain unresolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Majesty Construction. I hope the company takes responsibility for the outstanding work and completes what was agreed upon and paid for. N.B: I am including a screenshot of my last attempt at communication not counting the multiple phone calls. ### Allen 3 months ago · 5.0/5 This is the 2nd time I’ve used Majesty for project. This time for exterior house painting and outdoor gate staining. Again Alan and team did great work! They as well as Miguel checked work and made sure I was happy with it. Also they were flexible with my changes to original project details. I would hire them again! ### Felix Sanchez 4 months ago · 5.0/5 Aaron and the whole Majesty team were there since day one of my house flooding due to a washing machine malfunction. The team was very on top of communication with the inspectors, adjusters making sure that absolutely nothing was missed. The team arrived very promptly to bring the drying equipment and were ready to start the repairs a few days after the drying. The team worked meticulously to get things done in an efficient fashion. A schedule was provided to me which outlined the work and its progress. The team stayed in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. Aaron, the owner showed up on multiple occasions to make sure things were moving along smoothly and didn’t just treat me as another client but rather like his own family. Aaron made sure if something wasn’t done to my standard, it was promptly fixed. I am very satisfied with the work preformed and will definitely will be using them again in the future. Well, they did all the fighting and negotiating lol. There's no way, I would have been able to accomplish this without Majesty Roofing. They were very attentive to my needs, and I love how my home looks. They came in and did what they needed to do all in the same day. Miguel was amazing at getting everything worked out logistically and we were very satisfied with the work. The color we picked came out exactly like the picture.
