The experience with him (Chad) was amazing, and he was genuinely apologetic about how things went down. He took all of our concerns very seriously and worked really hard on his end to make this feasible for us - we ended up going with Maverick after all. :) Really great guy, very happy with the way he addressed our concerns, and we're excited to finally be getting our windows put in! Thank you! -------- I'm extremely disappointed in this company. We had someone come to our door and set us up with a quote. They said this company was highly competitive and would do way better than our 11k quotes from other companies, so have them on hand when the representative comes to your house. That appointment took 2 hours, and the representative didn't want to hear anything about our other quotes. 10 minutes of measuring, 2 hours of talking up the company, trashing other companies, showing us how good these windows are, and trying to figure out how to use the iPad. We were instead quoted 17k on the low end and told the other quotes were so low because they were just using bad windows. Didn't even entertain the others. We were told we wouldn't have to pay for the windows for around 5 months, and when I spoke to the company itself, they said they don't know why we would've been told that because they don't do that. We went through hell trying to get financing only to be told by the lender that combined household income doesn't matter for their company (which is what Maverick was banking on when taking our information), and that it's weird Maverick didn't know that. Multiple hard credit checks to be declined anyway. Total strangers walking our house to do measurements for apparently no reason - I'm not sure why that appointment was set up before we got our funding. I don't feel like this company knows what they're talking about, and I'm really disappointed in how long this was dragged out as well as how much misinformation we were given just for it to not go through in the end. Those 11k quotes are sounding pretty good after what we were put through. We have a older home that has large windows that desperately needed updating. Our windows look amazing. Would highly recommend Maverick Windows and we will be using their services for all our window needs. ### David DeBruler 2 months ago · 5.0/5 The scope of my project was to replace all 25 windows of my house in June 2026. I contacted five companies in the Houston area and had each submit a bid for the project. After reviewing the bids with my wife, we selected Maverick and one other company as our final two to consider. Maverick won the final bid due to their overall quality of product, longevity in the business (to service the warranty), and price. After the order was placed, they were very good at communicating the status of the production and timing of delivery. When the windows were installed, the crew was very careful to remove the old windows without glass breakage and installed the new windows as they went. In other words, we did not have 10 or 15 windows open to the hot Houston weather but only a room at a time. Their method allowed me to keep the house cool as they worked. Total installation time was 2 days, as expected. The improved thermal properties have made an immediate reduction on my electric bill.
