Let me start by saying I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m frustrated! This company has been in charge of servicing my pool, weekly, for over a year, last year I have issues with algae and couldn’t use the pool for almost half the summer, now I am dealing with the same issue. I’ve communicated with the company multiple times and it’s been at least a month with this problem, they come out to service the pool weekly and it still looks like this! Not being able to use the pool for birthdays and holidays is starting to get infuriating. UPDATED REVIEW 8/10/26: Poolie has done an awesome job rectifying the issues after my first review! I am pleased to say I have been able to use my pool all summer with no more issues! Thank you for your attentiveness, keep up the good work
