My roof had zero exposed fasteners, zero missed caulking and zero mislaid or improperly installed shingles. No debris or scuff marks either. Mr. Burkhead went well out of his way to be sure our home/roof was properly represented through the complete hail damage insurance claim. Jeff has a very unique way and gentle voice to give you the confidence to know that your roofing system will be installed correctly and that you know you are in good hands. The attention to detail with the accessories installed are items I’ve never seen installed before. I loved the varmint/pest screens on the through roof penetrations. As far as the crew that installed, I did not see them or dealt with them for I was away from the property at time of install but the project manager (Mr. Burkhead) took are of everything. There is absolutely zero evidence a new roof was installed as far as debris. Not a nail, tar paper or shingle could be seen on the property. The installing work crew did a fantastic job with all.
