There is ZERO communication. I’m not sure how your business even functions with the employees you have. I call the number on the email - not accepting calls at this time. I email several times - no response. THEN, I get texts and emails saying my install is the very next day! Zero communication and ZERO confirmation. I cancel that appointment bc window treatments are not removed for install, email 3 more times to set up new install, no response, call, no answer, call again, install scheduler has me back on the schedule without contacting me to schedule. NO communication, NO confirmation. lol Is this a joke?? Do you vet your new hires?? My children have more accountability. I ask to speak with a supervisor. Guess what? She’s busy.
