I shopped around, and their pricing was incredibly competitive compared to other local quotes. I appreciated that the contract included absolutely everything upfront, so there were no unexpected costs later. On installation day, the crew completed on time . They were extremely professional, worked clean, and showed great attention to detail. I had met with sales person to go over my needs and he had carefully answered all my questions and concerns. After going through several vendors, I decided to go with this company as they had offered the best offer (10 white windows for $4999). These windows were not hurricane rated but were high efficiency. Windows were installed quickly and so far has held up fine. I was told that screens would be installed shortly later as they were out at that time. I paid them the balance with the promise screens would be delivered and install several weeks later. A month or so pass and no one called back. In the several months since, I’ve called them couple of times about this. Each time the CS that answered seem rather annoyed and gave me answer that was backordered or some other lame excuse that I will be put in priority. It is now 4+ months and no one has made any initiative to update me on this matter. I have received exactly zero (0) follow up calls from this company. I have still not yet receive the screens as promised. Update. It was only after posting this review did I finally get any response and follow up. My screens were installed in a day. Project manager apologized profusely for the error.
