For customers
How much does it cost to use the site?
Nothing. Searching, comparing and booking are free for customers. You pay the provider for the work, at the rate shown on their listing.
How do I book someone?
Search your service and area, open a listing, and send a booking request with your preferred date and time. The provider confirms, and you get a confirmation with the details.
When do I pay?
Payment is taken through the site after the work is complete. Nothing moves until the job is finished.
Are providers checked?
Yes. For trades that require a license or registration, we verify the number before the listing goes live and display it on the profile. Ratings and reviews come only from customers who booked through the site.
What if something goes wrong?
Contact us straight away with your booking reference. We will look at the booking record, the messages, and the provider’s history, and work with both sides to resolve it.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel or reschedule from your bookings page. Individual providers may set their own notice period, which is shown before you confirm.
For providers
How much does it cost to list?
Creating a listing is free and stays free. Paid plans add booking on demand, online payments and featured placement. See plans and pricing for the full breakdown.
Do you charge per lead?
No. There is no lead auction and no charge for a contact. You pay a flat monthly amount for your plan, or nothing at all on the free tier.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay through the site when the job is finished, and the amount is released to your connected payout account.
Can I list as both a freelancer and a business?
Yes. Independent providers and registered businesses are separate listing types, and you can hold either or both. Choose the type that matches how the customer will hire you.
How do I set my service area?
Set your address and the radius you travel when you build the listing. You will only appear in searches inside that area.
