Unbeatable prices for vaccinations / exams. Vet techs are sales people. Be explicit about what services you are purchasing, and that you are *only* purchasing those services. They added things to my bill that I noticed were taken off after I clarified I was only paying for shots. The vet techs DO act like sales people and they often shill tests and preventatives you don’t need if you have a healthy indoor pet. Clarify what services you want and be wary of ‘we recommend’ and long winded rants. I had to say “No thank you, just the shots today” twice for him to understand I did not want to buy medication or unneeded testing. Incredibly awkward and it has led to some angry confused customers in other reviews.

If you're on a budget this is the best place to take your dog or cat! They're always extremely busy so it may take some time to be seen but as long as you get there early enough you'll always be seen. They don't take care of all veterinarian situations like emergency care so it's good to call ahead and ask. We have a stray cat and her four kittens that we rescued that we have been taking here for almost 2 years now. This place is very busy but the veterinarians and vet techs are some of the best in the business! They always give their complete attention to my cats even the difficult mama cat. Their package prices for vaccines and rabies are very reasonable compared to other places. They also have reasonable prices on Revolt which works just as well as Revolution but it's cheaper. You can go by and pick them up without a visit once your pet has been checked for heartworms and you can also order on line on their website. I highly recommend this veterinarian if you're looking for a new vet!

Very disappointed with the change in service at PetCare Express. 0 stars I've been a customer of this place for a long time because they used to have excellent service. They always attended to me quickly, were friendly, and the previous veterinarian always explained everything I needed to know and looked for options to avoid overspending. That's why I always took my pets there. Unfortunately, this time it was a completely different experience. Now there's new staff, and the change in service is very noticeable. I arrived around 3 p.m. with my dog and cat for their annual vaccinations, as I always had, but this time they told me I had to wait for the doctor to approve whether he could see them. It had never been like that before; they always gave me the form to fill out and continued with the process. I waited in my car, and when I called to ask, they told me the veterinarian would be out right away, but it took about 30 minutes to arrive. When he finally came out, I felt his attitude was rushed and unfriendly. He told me to come downstairs quickly to sign because it was already late. I understand they might be busy, but the way they treat customers also matters. During the consultation, I felt like this doctor wasn't really listening to what I needed. I only went for the vaccines, but he was very insistent on adding products or treatments that I wasn't looking for. When I said I didn't need something, I sensed annoyance from him, as if the customer's opinion wasn't being taken seriously. I'd never had that experience before; my previous vet only recommended what was necessary and gave me confidence. Furthermore, after they saw my pets, they left me waiting for about an hour and a half just to pay. The receptionists across the hall didn't seem to be paying attention to the situation; I saw them mostly on their phones. When I asked what was happening, they told me they were waiting for the doctor's results, but no one came to tell us anything. In the end, they charged me approximately $770, which surprised me greatly because my intention was only to pay for the vaccines. After discussing it, the total came to $340, but it was still much more than I normally paid (previously around $160 for both pets). I'm very sad because after so many years of taking my pets to this place, this was a very unpleasant experience. It wasn't just the price, but also the lack of communication, the long wait, the pressure to accept things I didn't need, and the lack of customer service. I work hard for my money and expected to receive the same treatment and trust as before. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning.
