Superior LawnCare

I can't stand this lawn company. Our townhouse management decided to contract with them and it's nothing but headache. For example, it's SUNDAY MORNING at 8am and they are here with their big obnoxious lawn equipment making a bunch of racket!!! Working folks sleep in on Sundays!!!!!!!!! Also, they came and removed dead trees and somehow missed a huge dead tree in my neighbor's front yard and several in the green areas. Also, they put us on a ridiculous "winter schedule" right when the leaves started dropping in Autumn 🍂 how STUPID!!!! They only came every two weeks which left massive leaf collection all over the place 8 days a week. Winter schedules should start in WINTER when the trees are bare not when we need the blowers the most. And we're PAYING them for "Superior" lawn care??? I think not. Also, they don't pickup dead branches from all the dead trees they left behind. Our green ares are messy with branch debris which they refuse to remove. There's nothing "superior" about this company. They had to have been the lowest bidder. They should be named Minimal Effort Higher Priced Lawn Care! Now we're stuck. If you complain, nothing happens. The management company simply passes the buck and replies that they've forwarded your email and then a big fat ZERO... no response at all. Run run run run run - If your community is considering this mess called "lawn care" vote against them!!! They put their blades so low to the ground they kick up dust clouds that land all over your plants and outdoor furniture and decor. There's hardly any grass to mow so lift your blades high and spare us the allergy laden tornado. They blow the leaves into the ditches in the back which clogs the water drainage and causes a mosquito breeder problem. Lazy! There they are parked infront of a clearly dead tree they failed to remove after paying them thousands to remove dead trees and that's NOT the only one. The other dead trees are also in CLEAR SIGHT.... pathetic!!! Our previous lawn company was great and I wish I could recommend them, but can not recall their name. Superior Lawn Care is for the birds!
